STUART JOHNSON

Following service in the band of the Kings Dragoon Guards Stuart Johnson trained as a teacher.  He has wide experience in music education as a teacher, lecturer and Music Advisor.

Stuart Johnson is one of Britain's leading educational writers for bands and and has published over eighty compositions and arrangements, many of which have been broadcast on radio and television. He is also an experienced adjudicator and examiner.

In recent years he has focussed more on choral works. Since its premiere in Lichfield Cathedral his Requiem has been performed in London and other venues including Italy.
